Manager, Alliance Partnerships

Neil Young, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), has over 11 years of direct energy industry experience. As Manager, Alliance Partnerships at Coleman | Hines (CHI), Neil’s responsibilities will include the development and management of CHI’s demand-side alliance partners and their associated client-based solutions.

Neil’s previous experience and skills uniquely qualifies him for this position. Neil’s demand-side experience includes energy equipment evaluation, lighting retrofits, solar installation analyses, and energy management system (EMS) implementation and support. Neil’s business analysis experience extends to budgeting and forecasting of energy utilities for multiple retail and restaurant companies.

Neil brings a strong customer service and leadership background that has been instrumental in assisting retail executives and management. Neil has been recognized on multiple occasions by CHI’s clients for his dedication, passion and thoroughness in meeting their needs.

A native of Texas, Neil holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston.
