Mark Robbins
Program Manager - TotalBill 360™
Mark Robbins joined Coleman | Hines in March 2009 as the program manager for Total Bill 360 (Utility Bill Management). As program manager, he is responsible for client care and the delivery of the products and services under the TotalBill 360 program.
Mark brings over 20 years of experience in the utility and energy industries. He has practical working knowledge of the utility process from engineering and analysis to client relations. His expertise includes transmission and distribution design, demand side management initiatives, power factor correction, and rates application. He has worked extensively with the development, design and implementation of the utility real time pricing and interruptible programs.
Mark also brings development expertise in the utility bill management arena. He has developed and implemented programs including bill auditing, rate analysis, commodity procurement, budgeting, and web internet system development. He has a broad knowledge of financial analysis, operations, contract negotiations, vendor management, market research and budgeting. He has focused on clients in the grocery, telecommunication, retail (small, medium, and large box), industrial, and convenience stores industries.
Mark holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mark is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
