With over 30 years of operations and management experience, 10 years focusing on energy, Gina Coleman has nurtured the flourishing growth, reputation and expansion of Coleman | Hines’ customer base since 2000.

Gina, in her role as Chief Executive Officer, provides the vision and determination to grow the company and enhance the products and services.

In her role as managing partner, she leads the thriving expansion and development of the company's innovative, professional and knowledgeable operations division. She oversees the planning and direction of all operational policies, objectives and initiatives. Gina guides a team of industry experts to provide national energy managers with the tools and services they need to achieve their energy objectives.

Gina brings to Coleman | Hines a variety of experience in the energy industry including operations management and leadership. In her previous role as energy manager for a large national retailer, she was among the first energy professionals in the country to negotiate a successful direct-access commodity contract.

She served as a board member of the Edison Electric Institute Customer Advisory Board and the International Mass Retailers' Association Electric Task Force. Her strong knowledge of national direct access markets, contract negotiation, utilities management, utility data analysis, energy cost reduction and quantification of project results has proven to be invaluable to Coleman | Hines' success. She currently serves as a member of the Phoenix Athena Powerlink™ Governing Board.
