With our full service, rather than merely setting up accounts, we actually manage the entire Utility ordering process for new sites from pre-construction to finish. The purpose is to ensure that all required store utilities are:

• ordered and installed correctly
• are ready on time
• with the least amount of disruption
• with the least infrastructure cost
• with the best possible pricing from the utility

A construction site has many different participants, each with their own skills and known responsibilities. Many times, in the area of utility setup, there is not one central authority with an overall bird’s eye view to coordinate and manage all these participants. During the entire process, from pre-construction to finish, we coordinate, manage, and provide a single source of contact between owner, developer, contractors, utility personnel, landlords, project managers, architects, engineers, and any other involved parties. The confusion and delays that can result from not having a central authority are eliminated, as all parties are able to call us with any questions or concerns that might arise. In addition, Project Mangers and other personnel are freed-up to perform more important duties. Many times, for a variety of reasons, infrastructure costs are not negotiated as aggressively as possible. This can cost the Client. This service includes all handling of applications, contracts, drawings, documents, and load information.
