- Action for recovery

Recovery Phase
Negotiate recovery for past and future utility costs.
- Document communications with Landlord
- Recover overcharges
- Netotiate agreement in order to obtain lease compliance, fair or better pricing, etc.
- Work with internal departments to ensure proper coordination and cooperation
