Energy Support Coordinator

Purpose & Scope

The Energy Support Coordinator supports the Energy Market Services Department performing & coordinating numerous research and administrative functions in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Commodity Process
    Exampes are: creation of client energy data reports, maintain client lists, obtain client meter or other energy bill information, maintain site lists

  • Post-Commodity Process
    Examples are: update client contract information in proprietary database, first bill verification, manage contract checklist, maintain client contract files, post-contract verification, work to resolve client account issues

  • Report Management
    Maintain, update, track and file:
    • Examples are: documents/files such as market reports, supplier reports, client scorecards, revenue calculators, client supply strategy reports and others
    • Manage & coordinate client quarterly meetings

  • Other duties include (but not limited to)
    • Assist with client conferences, meetings and presentations
    • Attend and assist in coordinating the agenda and materials for meetings
    • Client care & Support:
      • Support of external client energy process including franchisee support

Job Requirements

  • Education & Training
    BS/BA Degree preferred; knowledge of energy markets/industry preferred; proficient organizational skills; multi-tasker. Minimum business experience 3 years.

  • Other Required Skills
    Proficient computer, analytical, communication, time management & organizational skills; flexible, quick learner and ability to multi-task and trouble-shoot; excellent customer service skills; team player; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
